Have you tried Thai basil?🌿
They taste like Fennel seed or black licorice😌 and is more stable under high or extended cooking temperature than that of sweet basil.
I used it as a condiment,few raw Thai basil leaves in my Pasta Basically made from Durum Wheat semolina(Suji) which is healthy and nutritious too.😊
