Bhu daaha or basi raja ra abhinandan 🙏🏻
Today is the third day of raja festival which is also known as basi raja/ bhu daaha.
Raja is one of the important festival of odisha.
Odisha is famous for the temple city Bhubaneswar,Silver city cuttack ,Spiritual city Puri.
Odisha is famous for Jagannath culture. Odisha is famous for it's peace loving people and communal harmony.
Temple and food are also an integral part of odisha's rich culture and tradition.
One of such food is "RASABALI" || ରସାବଳୀ

Rasabali is a sweet dish from Odisha, India. Rasabali is offered to Baladevjew, and originated in the Baladevjew Temple of kendrapada. It is one of the chapana bhoga of Jagannath Temple.
Baladev Jew Temple is situated in Ichhapur (Tulasi Khetra), Kendrapada, Odisha. Baladevjew Temple is a very famous temple of Odisha and Balarama is its main divinity. However, Jagannath and Subhadra are also worshipped in the Ratna Sinhasan in the main temple. An idol representing Tulasi as a goddess in a seated position is also present after the sacred seven steps.

RECIPE:
● Take 1 cup of grated cottage cheese(chenna), add 2tsp maida, 2tsp sugar, 1tsp semolina/suji (optional), some green cardamon powder.
● Mix them till a moist and fine dough is prepared.
● Prepare sweetened milk by adding milk and sugar together in a pan. When it starts boiling add cardamom powder and some saffron. Add dry fruits of your choice.
● Apply ghee to your palm and to a plate where you will place the shaped rasabali.
● Make a flat shape rasabali.
● Heat oil in a pan and fry them in medium flame till golden brown color.
● Add them to the thickened, sweetened milk and keep it for sometime.
● Ready.
● Now enjoy it with your family.
