Kesar mango kheer:
କେଶର ଆମ୍ବ କ୍ଷୀରି / Kesar Mango Kheer ••
When summer is all about mangoes then how can i stop myself from adding it to every dish possible.

Ingredients used-
1/4th cup kheer rice
1.5 ltr milk
Half cup condensed milk
Half cup mango puree
1 tbsp cardamom powder
Saffron strands(15-20)
Sugar as required
Dry fruits of your choice

Process-
1. Put the saffron strands in a small bowl of milk and keep aside.
2. Wash the rice thoroughly and Pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
3. Add the milk into that and keep stirring continuously.
4. Now add the cardamom powder and the kesar milk into it.
5. Fry the dry fruits in little ghee and put them into the kheer.
6. When the milk is somewhat reduced then add the condensed milk into it and keep stirring.
7. And when kheer has almost thickened then add the mango pulp/puree and turn off the gas quickly. If you cook for more time after adding mango pulp then the kheer would be something else then. .
