(Its my version of paneer lababdar with some desi twist and no cream and no butter, so didn't name it paneer lababdar it would be injustice to the dish)
✨🌟RECIPE 🌟✨
🌸.Cut the paneer into medium cubes, add lil chilly powder, salt, pepper powder and lightly saute it on tawa to get a crispy n spicy outer coating
🌸Add 1tbsp oil, cumin, onion saute till translucent.Add garlic cloves, ginger, tomatoes saute
🌸Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, meat masala,salt.Add cashews and melon seeds.Mix everything and add lil water and cook it in low flame for 5-10mins
🌸when it is cooked well turn off the flame and cool the mixture and blend it to a fine paste.
🌸In same pan add oil and half tbsp ghee(skipped butter here). To this add cinnamon stick, cumin, bayleaf saute and add the mixture
🌸Now to this add chilly powder and kashmir lal mirchi(for colour) mix and pinch of sugar. Add some water and let it cook in low flame
🌸Add some grateed paneer, slited green chillies to the gravy and then add the paneer cubes. Mix add kasuri methi.
🌸At the end add sprinkle garam masala (used homemade here) and one smashed elaichi. Cover the pan and It's ready
