Homemade Butter naan, kadai paneer, chilli mushroom❤❤
Was craving for some restaurant food so prepared these dishes.
It was super yummy and tastes just like any restaurant.
☆KADAI PANEER RECIPE:
●For the kadai masala, take 2tbsp coriander seeds, 2tbsp cumin seeds, 2tbsp black peppercorns, 2 dried red chilles in a pan and roast it for 2-3 min. Cool it down for some time and make a powder of it.
●In a pan take some oil. Add 1inch ginger, 3-4 clove garlic, 1 big onion, 2 tomatoes and some cashews. Saute them till the tomatoes are soft and mushy. Turn off the gas and let it cool down for some time and make a fine paste of it.
●Take another pan. Add oil and butter. Add 1 bay leaf, chopped green chillies, diced onion and capsicum. Saute it. Don't overcook the veggies. Keep it crunchy. Add turmeric and chilli powder.
●After 1-2 min add the masala paste, salt and cook it. Add kasuri methi.
When the masala releases oil add water as required and mix it.
Add paneer cubes and the roasted kadai masala powder to it.
●Cover the lid and cook it in medium flame till the paneer absorbs the flavor. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the gas.
Kadai paneer is ready.
