I always crave for some tasty, yummy snacks.
But during panchuka, i was literally craving for some chowmein and manchurian.
So prepared both the dishes without onion and garlic.

●Grate carrot, cabbage, capsicum. Squeeze the excess water and transfer to a bowl. Add maida, corn flour, soy sauce, black pepper powder, little salt. Don't add more salt as it will help in releasing water.
●Mix properly, make small manchurian balls and fry them in medium flame untill they are brown n crisp.
●In a pan add oil, chopped cabbage, capsium, green chillies, soy sauce, tomato sauce and mix.
●In a small bowl take 1tbsp cornflour and some water ad make a slurry.
●Add the mixture to the veggies, salt and cook well. Stir continuously for some time.
●If necessary add some water as the manchurian balls will soak the sauce.
