Kosala Saga Amarnath Leaves Fry

Recipe :
1. Wash and cut the leaves into small pieces.
2. Cut the vegetables (pumpkin, brinjal, potato) into small pieces.
3. Add mustard oil in a pan, add panch phuran and mustard seeds let it splutter.
4. Now add slitted green chilly, onions and crushed garlic.
5. Add the chopped vegetables and salt, cover and cook till its half cooked.
6. Now add the chopped leaves/saag and carefully add salt if needed.
7. Cover and cook till the saag/leaves are cooked completely.
8. You can add roasted Badi or coconut at the end.
