"chicken Angara".
👉my most favorite chiken recipe.
Chicken Angara:
~ A delectable chicken gravy dish with Smokey flavor & its velvety texture 🤤.

INGREDIENTS:-
Chicken
Curd/yogurt
Ginger, garlic paste
Tomato pure
Green chilli
Onion finely sliced
Salt to taste
Red chilli,turmeric,coriander,cumin,garam masala(powder)
Red chilli paste,oil,cashew and almond paste,cloves,ghee,fresh cream, chopped coriander leaves,3/4 coal,kashori methi for garnishing..

METHOD:-
.
🌼STEP-1:-
Put chicken pieces in a bowl,add yogurt,ginger/garlic paste, turmeric,coriander,red chilli,garam masala,cumin(powder),red chilli paste,salt & mix well.
Keep the bowl in the refrigerator to marinate for 1hour.
🌼STEP-2:-
Put the small steel bowl in the marinate chicken bowl..
🌼STEP-3:-
Take 3 pieces of coal on direct flame till very hot & red.(angara)
🌼STEP-4:-
Put the coal pieces in the small steel bowl and pour some ghee on the hot coal and immediately cover the chicken bowl so that no smoke can escape..
🌼STEP-5:-
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add the chicken and cook until the oil leaves the sides of the pan.
🌼STEP-6:-
Add tomato pure,browned onion paste to the pan,mix & cook for 2/3 mins,add half cup water & mix..
Then add almond & cashew paste,mix well & cook till the chicken is fully cooked.
🌼STEP-7:-
Place a small steel bowl in the center of the pan with chicken.
🌼STEP-8:-
Again heat 2 pieces of coal on direct flame & placed the hot coal pieces in the small steel bowl & put some ghee and covered the pan immediately for 2mins.
🌼STEP-9:-
Remove the cover and the small steel bowl & mix well add the cream and mix well while serving garnish with kashori methi, coriander leaves & fresh cream..👍
