👉Hii guys.. Welcome to my another blog.. Which is about the making process of "Rice pudding / chawal ki kheer / payasam"
Rice pudding:
It's an authentic cuisine eaten during festivals
Made up of rice and milk
Process is different in different areas
But today i experimented something and it's magic😍Seems filmy yet delicious 🤩
Process is==>
Soak 1 cup of rice for at least 2 hrs
Then dry it well using a cotton towel
Heat a handi and add some desi ghee
Add 2 Bay leaves add the rice
Then roast the rice till just slight brown
Then add 1.5lit milk
Boil it for 45 min
Stir the mixture while boiling
When the rice is about to cooked well
Heat another pan
Add 2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water
When the sugar syrup going to change the colour add that into the kheer and blend it well
Roast some dry fruits in ghee and add them into the mixture
And you will see a magical colour and taste in the kheer♥️ And the KHEER is ready
