✅Atta kakera pitha recipe:
In a pan take 1 and half cup warm water, add jaggery according to your sweet craving, salt as per taste, 2tbsp fennel seeds, 1tbsp ghee and mix well.
When the water boil add 1 cup of atta.
Stir continuously till no lumps is formed.
Low the flame, cover the lid for 2-3 min.
Then again stir it till the atta is cooked.
Now switch off the gas and bring out the dough/jantani in a plate.
Let it cool for some time.
Make small balls of it and flatten it.
Now fry them till they are golden brown.
Atta kakara pitha is ready.

✅Maida kakara pitha recipe:
In a pan take 1 cup of water
Add 1 cup maida and salt to the boiling water and keep stirring continously to avoid formation of lumps.
Cook for few minutes till the dough is cooked.
Switch off the gas and transfer the dough to a plate. Let it cool down.
FOR THE COCONUT STUFFING:
Grate 2 coconut.
In a pan add the grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, black pepper powder and mix them all.
Cook for 5min. Turn off the fan.
Stuffing is ready.
Now make small balls of the maida dough, flatten the balls and stuff the coconut mixture to it.
With your fingertips, apply water all over the circumference edge. Carefully, bring together both the edges and join. Gently press the edges.
Now deep fry the pithas till golden brown in color.
Maida kakara pitha is ready.

✅For suji kakara pitha, take water double the amount of suji.(2cups water and 1 cup suji)
And continue with the same process as of maida kakara pitha.
