Chicken cooked with masala and mustard paste !!

Ingredients:
• 500gms Chicken
• 2 Onions
• 1 Tomato
• 2 tspn Mustard oil
• 2 tspn Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tspn Mustard paste
• 1 tspn sugar
• Gota garam masala (cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, clove, bay leaf)
• Pinch of haldi & chilli powder
• Salt as per taste
Steps:
• Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste for 1hr (Min. 15mins)
• Heat a pan on Medium heat, add mustard oil and once its heated add pinch of sugar for color.
• Now add the garam masala and keep it for 1min to crackle
• Add the green chillies and fry it for 1min
• Add the chopped onions and tomatoes and fry until it turns into semi gravy
• Add the marinated chicken to it and keep frying and turning it over until the oil gets separated
• Add some water, cover it with lid and let it simmer for 15-20mins
• When the chicken is cooked, add the mustard paste and mix it well
• Let it boil for 1-2mins (don't overcook the mustard) and the dish is ready (Garnish it with chopped Coriander.
